A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP STARTS WITH GOD
There are many kinds of relationships in the world. But make no mistakes, not all relationships are good and and healthy; and not all ends well. Many people have been destroyed because they developed a relationship with the wrong people. A wrong relationship can do a lot of harm to your career, marriage, business and can even kill you.
It is amazing how many people fall victim to the manipulations of evil men and women who pretend to be their friends, yet their motive is destructive. Unfortunately, there is always a victim.
We have come to a point in life where so many people are too carnally minded. They want relationships based on money, beauty and power. These people have forgotten what the Apostle Paul told the Roman church in Romans 8 vs. 6 “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”
A carnally minded person lives continually in the flesh. He has no ability to discern what happens in the spirit around him. He takes decisions based on what he feels and not as directed by the spirit of God. This is one reason so many people get themselves always involved in wrong relationships. The question then is how can one stop falling victim of wrong relationships? There is only way and that one way is to have an intimate relationship with the Father himself.
In John 10 vs. 27 – 28, the Bible says, “my sheep hear my my voice and I know them, and they follow me. And I give them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them from my hands.”
Most people are in relationships that have been designed by the devil for them without their knowledge with just one intention which is destruction. The devil comes only to steal, kill and destroy and many have fallen victim t him.
To avoid falling into a bad, demonic and regretable relationship of any kind is to first of all have an intimate relationship with the Father himself. When we have intimacy with the Father, he will not only protect us, he will also guide us through the right path. We will follow his voice at all times and wiill not be victimized by satanic agents as we walk in the spirit.
It is sad to that so many today people are carnally minded. This include people who claim they born again simply because they are in church. This is simply because they have no intimacy with the Father, so they keep falling victim of satanic relationships which offers nothing but sorrow and misery.
It is wise therefore to say that people should stop looking for a good and healthy relationship in a carnally minded environment because it does not exist.
The only way to find and build a godly, rewarding relationship is to first of all have intimacy with the Holy Spirit himself.
